How does the Blueby Art Shop subscription work?
Choose your plan, then choose the design for your first kit. After your first shipment, the Blueby team selects a different design each month. Your first-design choice does not change your plan or monthly price. Subscriptions renew monthly; you can cancel from your account.
When does my box ship?
Your first box is prepared within 2–3 business days of checkout. Future boxes are prepared after your monthly payment. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. We email your tracking information when your kit ships.
Can I choose my kit design?
Yes — choose the design for your first kit with any plan, including Master Creator. For later months, our team selects a different design for you. You do not need to select a design each month.
Are the paints and plaster non-toxic?
Yes. Every paint, brush and plaster figure ships ASTM D-4236 certified and CPSIA compliant — the U.S. standards for art-material safety required by federal law (LHAMA). All paints are water-based acrylics with no heavy metals, lead, or solvents. Suitable for kids ages 4 and up.
Can I cancel or pause anytime?
You can cancel from your account before your next renewal. Contact our team if you need help pausing or changing your plan.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we only ship within the 50 U.S. states. We are evaluating Canada and Mexico for late 2026. If you have a U.S. forwarding address, our boxes ship there normally.
Can I buy this as a gift subscription?
Contact our team for help arranging a gift subscription. Standard subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
What if my child outgrows the box?
Our three plans offer different kit sizes and materials for ages 4 and up. Contact our team for help choosing or changing to a plan that fits your child.
